NVIDIA has introduced its GH200 Grace Hopper Superchip Platform, heralding a new era in accelerated computing and generative AI. The GH200, the first to utilize the HBM3e processor, is designed for varied generative AI tasks. It offers configurations like the dual version with 3.5x more memory and 3x bandwidth, powered by a server with 144 Arm Neoverse cores and 282GB HBM3e memory. The Superchip can connect with peers via NVIDIA NVLink, facilitating intricate AI computations, while the HBM3e memory operates 50% faster than the previous version.
